Cheer Competition/ Exhibition. Participation in the Pop Warner Spirit Program provides kids an opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised, safety-oriented environment. Pop Warner programs emphasize fun for all and encourage the development of qualities important long after Pop Warner days are gone.Tiny Mite/Mitey Mite Cheer Exhibition is based upon organized routines, ranging anywhere from one minute to two and a half minutes, which contains components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers and stunting.  The athletes' involved in this division range from age 5 to 9.
