LOS TUCANES DE TIJUANA LIVE IN CONCERT

The Exhibition Building is proud to present Latin Grammy nominee Los Tucanes de Tijuana with special guests Huracanes del Norte, La Dinastia de Tuzantla and El Momento de Guanajuato, live in concert Saturday, January 23rd at 8 p.m.

Los Tucanes de Tijuana members include Mario Quintero Lara, Joel Higuera, David Servin and Mario Moreno.  The quartet began recording in 1995 with the release of their first two albums; 14 Tucanazos Bien Pesados and Mundo de Amor.  After the release of those albums the band earned a contract with EMI Latin.  From that point forward they released 28 other albums.

Los Tucanes de Tijuana produced a total of 30 albums;  27 of which have gone Platinum.  In addition, the albums created 51 Billboard hits, produced 21 BMI Awards and multiple nominations for the Latin and American Grammy Awards.
