Some of the best freestyle performers of the 1980s and early 1990s will be on stage live in concert at the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park on Saturday, April 24 at 7 p.m.

Exposé an American pop group, consisting of Ann Curless, Jeanette Jurado, and Gioia Bruno started their musical journey in the mid to late ‘80s, becoming the first female group in history to have four top ten hits on their debut album, surpassing records originally set by the Beatles and the Supremes. The group was extremely popular in dance clubs, mainstream Top 40 and adult contemporary charts in the United States. Exposé actively toured and recorded music from 1985 to 1995 while topping the Top 40, R&B, and Adult Contemporary charts in the US and throughout the world.
The band TKA includes Tony Ortiz, Louis "Kayel" Sharpe and Angel "Love" Vasquez who began their career in the 1980s and early 1990s. TKAs debut album Scars of Love spawned 6 Billboard Top Dance Hits, several pop hits and spurred a mini Latin pop explosion. By the release of their second album Louder Than Love, TKA was traveling the world opening up for groups like Boys II Men, Donna Summer and Paula Abdul.
Dance-pop singer George LaMond began his solo career and released his first album in 1990. The success of the album on club playlists earned him a deal with major label Columbia. LaMond had a variety of hit songs, such as “Bad of the Heart,” “Where does that Leave Love,” “Look Into My Eyes,” and “Without you.” George has received several distinctive awards such as; New York Music Awards for “Best Male Pop Vocalist,” New York Ace Awards for “Best New Vocalist” in 2000 and recently received 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award from New York’s WKTU.
